Chip-Based Mass Spectrometry Data Generation
Our miniaturized chip-based approach to data generation eliminates the need for individual ion sources and standardization of column dimensions for global metabolomics studies. The separation device and ion source are housed together and encased in an integrated "metabolomic chip." Data is automatically digitized, methods are standardized, quality control is built-in.

Bioinformatics
After data generation, digitized raw data is processed with the help of cloud-based bioinformatics. Metabolites are annotated, lists of common unknowns compiled, and statistical analysis enabled against the validated library of metabolites maintained in the cloud system. Our integrated chip and cloud-based environment for analysis creates the first smart metabolomic lab management system.
